AeroSims eSIM Data Plans for Italy

AeroSims does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for Italy. The plans that carry the name “Unlimited” provide 5GB of high‑speed data per day; once that daily quota is used, the speed drops to 512kbps, which means the data is capped and throttled afterwards. Travelers who need a larger data allowance can choose fixed‑data plans such as the Venice 50 GB for 30 days plan or a 50 GB plan that covers Italy and additional European countries for 30 days. These alternatives give larger, fixed data allowances before any speed reduction, which can be more cost‑effective for most users.

No, AeroSims does not offer Italy eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. All AeroSims eSIMs for Italy are data‑only. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but these services may be subject to local restrictions, so it is advisable to confirm that the desired apps will work in Italy before purchasing.

AeroSims provides 13 single‑country plans for Italy and 30 multi‑country plans that include Italy in their coverage.
Among all of their offerings, 6 plans have a daily data cap while 37 plans use a fixed data amount. Prices range from about $3.90 to $104, and data caps vary between 3 GB and 50 GB, giving travelers a broad range of options to suit different budgets and usage needs.
