Comet SIM eSIM Data Plans for Italy

Comet SIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Italy. The provider’s catalogue lists fixed‑data plans that are valid for 30 days, such as a 20 GB package for $19.90 USD or a 10 GB package for $12.90 USD. These plans have a hard data cap that must be used within the validity period.

If a traveler requires more data, the next step is to choose a larger fixed plan or combine smaller packages. For very heavy data consumers, a fixed plan is often more cost‑effective than purchasing a Pay‑as‑you‑go balance, because the data allowance is purchased upfront and must be used within the 30‑day window.

Comet SIM does not offer any eSIM plan for Italy that includes a phone number or SMS capability. All Italy eSIMs sold by Comet SIM are data‑only.

Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to specific VoIP services, so users should check that the apps they rely on are accessible in Italy before purchasing a plan.

Comet SIM provides five single‑country data plans and ten multi‑country plans that are available for use in Italy. The plans vary in price from around $3.90 up to $119.90 and in data cap from 1 GB to 20 GB, giving travelers a wide range of options depending on usage needs and travel itinerary.
