MTX Connect eSIM Data Plans for Italy

MTX Connect does not offer an unlimited data eSIM plan for Italy. All of its available Italy plans have a fixed data allowance, the highest being 10 GB.

Travelers who need more than the lower‑capacity options may choose from the fixed‑data plans that MTX Connect does provide. For example, the 10 GB EU+ plan is priced at $17.30 USD for 30 days and covers Italy plus 35 countries, while the 10 GB plan costs $34.60 USD for the same validity and covers Italy plus 135 countries. A 4 GB plan is also available for 14 days at $17.30 USD. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost effective for most users, except for very heavy data consumers who may require a different solution.

MTX Connect does not provide eSIM plans for Italy that include a phone number or SMS capability. The only Italian eSIMs offered by MTX Connect are data‑only packages. Travelers can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage to make calls and send messages over the data connection.
