Skratch eSIM Data Plans for Italy

Skratch does not offer a plan that provides unlimited high‑speed data for Italy. The plans that use the word “Unlimited” in their name give a daily allowance of 2GB, after which the speed is lowered to the reduced rate listed (for example 1000kbps). Because the data allowance is capped, these plans do not qualify as truly unlimited eSIMs.

Travelers looking for more data can select fixed‑data plans instead. Examples include the Italy 50GB 30d plan, which provides 50GB of high‑speed data for 30 days, and the Italy 20GB 30d plan, which offers 20GB for the same period. These fixed‑data options can be more cost‑effective for users who need a larger amount of data without the restrictions of a capped daily limit.

Skratch does not provide eSIM plans for Italy that include a mandatory phone number or mandatory SMS capability. The available eSIMs are data‑only; travelers must download the eSIM profile and use the data connection to access VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage. Some apps may not work if Italy imposes restrictions, so it is wise to check that the VoIP services you rely on are accessible in Italy before purchasing.

Skratch offers 12 single‑country plans and 12 multi‑country plans for Italy. Prices for these plans span from approximately $3.99 to $239.70, with data caps running from 1 GB to 50 GB and validity periods of 3 to 30 days. Some plans feature a daily data cap, while others provide a fixed data amount for the entire validity period.
