Yatelo does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Japan. All plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name actually offer a fixed high‑speed allowance—typically 3 GB—after which the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. If you prefer no throttling, Yatelo offers several large fixed‑data plans for Japan such as the JPN 50GB 30 days plan or the JPN 20GB 30 days plan, both delivered at 5 G. These fixed options can be more cost‑effective for travelers who need large amounts of high‑speed data.
