CocoRoam eSIM Data Plans for Mexico

CocoRoam does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Mexico. The available options are fixed data plans, such as the Mexico 50GB 30d plan with a 50GB data cap valid for 30 days and the Mexico 20GB 30d plan with a 20GB data cap also valid for 30 days. These plans allow tethering and are priced at $57.20 USD and $26.10 USD respectively.

Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer who would benefit from an unlimited plan.

CocoRoam does not provide eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability for Mexico. Travelers can use only data‑only eSIMs from the provider. Over the data connection, VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage can be used for calls and messaging, although some destinations may restrict certain apps, so users should confirm access to the services they need before buying.

CocoRoam offers 21 single‑country plans and 67 multi‑country plans for Mexico. The available plans range in price from about $4.10 to $377.80 and in data cap from 1 GB up to 50 GB. Within these options there are 44 plans that provide a daily data cap and 44 plans that offer a fixed data amount for the entire validity period. The daily‑cap plans reset each day, while the fixed‑cap plans give a set amount of data that does not reset until the plan expires.
