FootySIMs eSIM Data Plans for Philippines

FootySIMs does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for the Philippines. The plans that carry the “Unlimited” name actually give a fixed amount of high‑speed data – one gigabyte per day for seven days, totaling seven gigabytes – and once that allowance is used the speed is throttled to 512 kbps. Travelers who need more data can choose other fixed‑data plans, such as the 10 GB plan valid for 30 days or the 1 GB plan valid for seven days, which may be more cost‑effective unless extremely heavy usage is required.

FootySIMs currently does not offer a plan for the Philippines that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers who need a phone number or SMS service would need to consider an alternative provider that offers telephony for the Philippines. However, FootySIMs does provide data-only eSIM plans that can be used with internet‑based VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage to make calls and send messages. Because some destinations may block or restrict certain VoIP services, users should verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in the Philippines before purchasing a FootySIMs data plan.

FootySIMs currently offers three single‑country data plans for the Philippines. The plans cover a data cap range of 1 GB to 10 GB and a validity period of 7 to 30 days, with prices between $6.61 and $58.99. One of these plans provides a daily data cap that resets each day, while the other two use a fixed data cap for the entire validity period.
