Mi eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Portugal

Mi eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Portugal. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name actually offer a fixed data allowance—1 GB per day or 2 GB per day—and once that limit is reached the speed is reduced to 512 kbps or 2000 kbps.

Travelers who need a larger, high‑speed data allowance can choose fixed data plans such as the 100 GB eSIM Data for 30 days in Portugal, V2, or the 50 GB eSIM Data for 30 days in Portugal, V2. These plans give the full data amount for the entire validity period without a speed reduction.

Mi eSIM does not offer any Portugal eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s plans for Portugal are purely data‑only, so users will not receive outbound or inbound call or SMS services on the local number.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may restrict or block specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm that the required applications remain available in Portugal before purchasing an eSIM.

Mi eSIM provides 20 single‑country plans and 47 multi‑country plans for Portugal. The available plans span a price range of $2.23 to $198.56 and offer data caps from 1 GB up to 100 GB. Among the offerings, 21 plans feature a daily data cap, limiting usage each day, while 46 plans provide a fixed data amount for the entire validity period.
