PRIeSIM eSIM Data Plans for Portugal

PRIeSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Portugal. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their names actually grant a fixed amount of high‑speed data each day—3 GB/day or 5 GB/day—after which the speed is reduced. Users can therefore still use data beyond that daily limit, but the speed drops.

If a traveler needs a large total data allowance, PRIeSIM offers fixed data plans instead, such as the Europe 100 GB plan valid for 180 days or the Europe 50 GB plan valid for 90 days. These plans give a set amount of high‑speed data that does not reset daily and can be more cost‑effective for most users.

PRIeSIM does not provide a Portugal eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans for this destination. Travelers who need calls or texts can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the eSIM data, but some destinations may block or restrict such services, so you should verify that the apps you rely on work in Portugal before purchasing.

PRIeSIM provides 17 single‑country plans that include Portugal and 40 multi‑country plans that cover Portugal as well. The available plans span a price range from about $1.14 to $236.61, with data caps sized between 200 MB and 100 GB. Some of the plans use a daily data limit, while others offer a fixed data amount for the duration of the validity period. 
