“easy to install with app and the most important worked at first short and works well”
“Internet was terrible and almost not usable.
Very slow to no connection at all even if I was in 5G with full network reception.
Contrary at what it advertise on the website, was only able to connect to Singtel but not starhub ”
“It worked just fine. Coverage was very good on Sigtel LTE. Speed was decent. It’s a roaming eSIM via Hong Kong but not much downside imo.
Their app is easy to use.
Good value for money.”
“Buying process was all fine, as was install and activation process on my S21. But it doesn't work as the eSIM seems to be provisioned with the wrong APN, so I can't access data. It's locked to a default of KPN Internet, and doesn't allow manually APN adds. So seems useless?”
Nomad does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed eSIM plan for Singapore. The plans that include “Unlimited” in their name grant only 2GB of high‑speed data per day; after that daily allowance is used the speed is reduced to 1000kbps.
Instead, Nomad offers several fixed‑data options that cover Singapore. For example, a 50 GB plan valid for 30 days, a 50 GB plan valid for 45 days, and a 50 GB plan valid for 365 days. There are also 30 GB plans valid for 60 days and 365 days. These larger packages avoid the throttling that occurs after the daily limit and can be more cost‑effective for users who need a substantial amount of data.
Nomad does not provide Singapore eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only eSIMs for Singapore. Travelers can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but some destinations may block or restrict access to these apps, so it is wise to verify availability before purchase.
Nomad offers a total of 40 different eSIM data offerings that cover Singapore. The provider supplies 8 single‑country plans and 32 multi‑country plans that include Singapore as part of the coverage. Some of the options are fixed‑data plans, providing a set amount of data for the entire validity period, while others are daily‑cap plans, limiting the data that can be used each day. Across the catalog, prices range from about $4 to $170 USD, and data caps vary from 1 GB up to 50 GB, with validity periods spanning 5 to 365 days.
