Kolet eSIM Data Plans for France

Kolet does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for France. The plans that carry the word “UNLIMITED” in their name give 5GB per day of high‑speed 5G data; once more than 5GB is used in a day the speed drops to 1000 kbps. If a traveler needs more data, Kolet has fixed‑data options, such as the 20GB for 30 days or the 10GB for 30 days plans, which do not have speed throttling and may be more economical for heavy users.

Kolet does not provide an eSIM for France that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase a data‑only eSIM from Kolet for use in France. For voice and messaging, popular VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage can normally be used over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict specific apps or VoIP services, so users should confirm that the apps they rely on will be accessible before buying a plan.

Kolet provides 13 single‑country plans that cover France alone and 31 multi‑country plans that include France as part of wider coverage. The available plans range in price from $3.99 up to $104.10 and offer data caps between 1 GB and 20 GB, with validity periods spanning from 1 day to 365 days. Kolet’s catalogue features both fixed data‑cap options, where a set amount of data is supplied for the entire validity period, and daily‑data‑cap options, where usage is limited each day but the remaining data rolls over across the plan’s lifespan.
