eSimpli eSIM Data Plans for Indonesia

eSimpli does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Indonesia. The plans that carry the “Unlimited” name actually allocate 1 GB per day; after that daily allowance is reached the connection speed drops to 1250kbps. These plans therefore limit the amount of high‑speed data that can be used.

For travelers who need higher data volumes, eSimpli offers fixed‑data plans such as the 20GB for 30 days or the 10GB for 30 days options. These plans give a set data allowance that can be used at full speed for the entire validity period, making them more cost effective for most users unless one expects very heavy data consumption.

eSimpli does not provide an Indonesia eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are offered for Indonesia. Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but they should confirm that these services are accessible in Indonesia before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict specific VoIP apps.

eSimpli provides 7 single‑country plans and 13 multi‑country plans for travelers in Indonesia. The available plans range in price from about $5.68 to $108.90 USD, with data caps from 1 GB up to 20 GB and validity periods between 5 and 30 days. Among these, some plans use a fixed data amount while others apply a daily data cap (6 daily‑cap and 14 fixed‑cap plans in total).
