Movisim eSIM Data Plans for Indonesia

Movisim does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Indonesia; all of its plans have a hard data cap. The plans that include “Unlimited” in their marketing name only offer unlimited validity for a single day and still limit the amount of high‑speed data that can be used. After the cap is reached, speed is throttled to a reduced rate, as listed in the Features column.

Instead, Movisim offers fixed data plans that can meet various usage levels. For example, a 10GB 1‑day eSIM is available for $9.99, a 50GB 30‑day eSIM costs $30.99, and a 20GB 30‑day eSIM ranges from $14.99 to $19.99 depending on the specific product. These fixed‑data options are usually more cost‑effective unless a traveler requires data beyond the available bundles.

Movisim does not offer Indonesia eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s Indonesia offerings are data‑only plans only. Travelers who need voice or text services can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict these services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps they rely on are accessible in Indonesia before purchasing.

Movisim offers 31 single‑country plans and 57 multi‑country plans for Indonesia. These plans vary from a modest 100 MB bundle up to 50 GB, and their prices range from about $2.99 to $120.99, with validity periods stretching from one day to a full year. This gives travelers a wide spectrum of options depending on how much data they need and for how long.
