“It was almost unusable.
I bought 5G but I had trouble connecting, perhaps due to incorrect APN settings. Sometimes it miraculously connected after trial and error, but in the end I couldn't even use 500M.
When I tried to contact them, they were slow to reply, and in the end, when I returned home, they replied simply 'not sure'.”

“The setup process was simple and smooth. However, after the Airalo data connection was working, I noticed that I was surfing the web with an IP address from Poland and had pretty bad performance (high latency/low bandwidth; sometimes simple web pages took half a minute to load despite a good 4G/LTE signal). I first put that down to overload of the cells from WINDTRE in the Lecce region, but accessing the same mobile network with my Swiss home provider SIM gave me much better performance (but admittedly at higher cost than the Airalo eSIM). Also, in some places my iPhone would stubbornly only connect to the Vodafone network with unusable EDGE data connection on the Airalo eSIM, while I had 4G WINDTRE coverage in the very same location on my home SIM.”
