BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Malaysia

BNESIM does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Malaysia. The plan named “Malaysia Unlimited 10 days” actually offers 3GB per day at full speed, after which the speed is throttled to 1Mbps; this is the only plan with a name that includes “Unlimited, ” but its data allowance is capped. For travelers who need higher data volumes, BNESIM offers fixed data plans such as “Surf 100 GB in Malaysia for 30 days” and “Surf 100 GB in Malaysia” (no expiry). These plans deliver 100 GB of high‑speed data for the specified validity period, with no speed reduction once the data cap is reached. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most users unless an individual requires truly unlimited data usage.

BNESIM does not provide a Malaysia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are sold for Malaysia. Travelers who need voice or text communication can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict access to these services, so it is advisable to check that the apps you rely on will work in Malaysia before purchasing a plan.

BNESIM offers 15 single‑country data plans that are valid for use in Malaysia. In addition, 42 multi‑country plans include Malaysia as part of their coverage network. These plans span a price range from roughly $2.87 to $230.45 and a data cap range of 1 GB up to 100 GB, while validity cycles vary from no expiry to 30 days.
