Jetpac does not provide a truly unlimited data pass for Malaysia. All plans marketed under the “Unlimited” name provide a capped amount of high‑speed data – 3GB per day – after which the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. Because of this cap, the plans do not offer unlimited downloads, streaming or other data‑intensive activities without restrictions.

If you need more data than 3 GB per day, Jetpac offers fixed‑data euros such as the 30 GB, 40 GB or 50 GB plans that remain fully high‑speed for their validity period. These larger data caps can be more cost‑effective and allow unrestricted use of the eSIM as long as the data allowance is not exceeded.

Jetpac does not provide a Malaysia eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s offerings for Malaysia are limited to data‑only eSIMs, so travelers will not receive a local number for voice or text services.

Users can still make and receive calls and send messages through VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to certain apps or VoIP services, so travelers should confirm that the apps they rely on will work while in Malaysia before purchasing a plan.

Jetpac offers 14 single‑country plans that cover Malaysia and an additional 57 multi‑country plans that include Malaysia. Across all these plans the price ranges from approximately $2.00 to $249.00, while the data caps vary between 1 GB and 50 GB.
