Jetpac does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM plan for Malaysia. All plans titled “Unlimited” have a fixed allowance of 3GB per day; once the limit is reached the speed is throttled to 1024kbps. For example, the Malaysia Unlimited – 1 Day plan supplies 3GB for 1 day and reduces speed after the 3GB threshold, and the 3‑Day, 7‑Day, and longer “Unlimited” options all operate under the same 3GB/day cap.

If a truly high‑volume data plan is preferred, Jetpac offers fixed‑data alternatives such as the Global 50GB plan valid for 365 days or the Asia Pacific 40GB plan valid for 30 days. These plans give a larger total data allowance without daily caps, providing a more cost‑effective option for heavy data users.

Jetpac does not provide any Malaysia eSIM plan that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM options are available from this provider. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but traditional phone number based voice or SMS services are not offered.

Jetpac offers 14 single‑country data plans specifically for Malaysia and 50 multi‑country plans that include Malaysia.
