Jetpac eSIM Data Plans for Malaysia

Jetpac does not provide a genuinely unlimited data plan for Malaysia. All plans that include “Unlimited” in the name use a 3GB/day allowance and specify a reduced speed of 1024kbps after the limit is reached. Travelers needing larger data volumes can choose fixed‑data options such as the Global 50GB plan, valid for 365 days, or regional plans like the Asia Pacific 40GB and 30GB plans, which offer 40GB and 30GB respectively for 30 days. Fixed plans can be more cost effective for heavy‑usage travelers and do not incur the speed throttling that applies to the so‑called unlimited plans.

Jetpac does not provide any Malaysia eSIM plan that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM options are available from this provider. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but traditional phone number based voice or SMS services are not offered.

Jetpac provides a range of eSIM data plans that cover Malaysia. In that country there are 19 single‑country plans that allow use solely in Malaysia. In addition, 57 multi‑country plans include Malaysia as part of a larger region or travel package. Across all Jetpac offerings the price range is approximately $4 to $249, while data caps vary from 1 GB up to 50 GB. Some plans come with a fixed data amount that can be used across the validity period, whereas others offer a daily data cap that resets each day.
