Horizon eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Mexico

Horizon eSIM does not provide a plan with unlimited data for Mexico. The provider’s catalog contains a limited‑capacity “Mexico 50GB 30Days” plan as its highest‑volume offering. Travelers who need larger data allowances can purchase one of the fixed data plans listed, such as the 50GB 30‑day or the 20GB 30‑day options, both of which include tethering support. For users who consume large amounts of data, buying a higher‑capacity fixed data plan can be more cost effective than purchasing multiple smaller bundles, but it still imposes a hard limit rather than true unlimited use.

Horizon eSIM does not provide a Mexico eSIM that includes a phone number or the ability to send SMS. The provider offers only data‑only eSIM plans for Mexico, which give access to the internet through the included data allowance.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, but the availability of these services can vary by destination. Users are advised to verify whether the apps they rely on are accessible in Mexico before purchasing a plan.

Horizon eSIM offers 12 single‑country plans and 7 multi‑country plans for Mexico. The available plans span a price range from about $0.31 to $309.16 USD and provide data caps between 100 MB and 50 GB, with validity periods from 7 to 365 days. Some plans also allow tethering.
