Saily eSIM Data Plans for Portugal

Saily does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Portugal. Every plan that carries the “UNLIMITED” name delivers 5 GB per day; after that daily threshold the speed is reduced to 1000 kbps. If a traveler needs full‑speed data without throttling, a fixed data plan is the alternative.

For example, a 20 GB plan that is valid for 30 days costs $27.99 USD, and a 30 GB plan for 30 days is $71.99 USD. These fixed‑data options offer the full data allowance for the entire validity period without speed reduction.

Saily does not provide a Portugal eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans for travelers in Portugal.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to these services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are available in Portugal before purchasing a plan.

Saily lists 10 data packages that cover Portugal only and an additional 22 packages that include Portugal alongside other destinations, giving travelers a choice of single‑country or multi‑country options. The available plans include both fixed data allocations—which give a set amount of bytes for the entire validity period—and daily data caps, which reset every day. Prices across the lineup range from roughly $3.99 to $159.99, data caps span from 1 GB up to 50 GB, and validity periods extend from 7 days to a full year.
