CocoRoam eSIM Data Plans for Thailand

CocoRoam does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for Thailand. The provider offers fixed data plans with set capacities and validity periods. For example, the Thailand 100GB 30‑day plan and the Asia 100GB 180‑day plan give large amounts of data for 30 or 180 days, respectively, and allow tethering. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers unless they are very heavy data users.

CocoRoam does not provide a Thailand eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase data‑only plans from this provider for Thailand. If voice or text communication is needed, users can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Thailand before buying a plan.

In Thailand, CocoRoam offers 31 single‑country data plans and 47 multi‑country plans. The single‑country options give you data that is usable only while you are in Thailand, while the multi‑country packages allow the same data to be accessed in a broader set of destinations. Prices for both types of plans range from about $3.20 up to $138, depending on the data volume and validity period. The data caps span from 1 GB to 100 GB, and validity can extend from a single day to 180 days. Plans are available in two formats: fixed data caps, where you receive a set amount of data for the entire validity, and daily data caps, which limit the amount of data you can use each day but may give you more flexibility over a longer period.
