Gigapanda eSIM Data Plans for Thailand

Gigapanda does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Thailand. The plans that contain “Unlimited” in their names give 3GB per day at full speed and reduce the speed to 384 kbps once that daily limit is reached, after which the full speed is restored the next day.

Instead, Gigapanda offers fixed data plans such as the 10 GB plan for 30 days at $10.90 USD, which includes full‑speed data for the first 10 GB and then throttles to 1024 kbps, or the 50 GB plan for 30 days at $34.90 USD, which gives high‑speed data for the first 50 GB and then reduces the speed to 384 kbps. These fixed‑data options can be more cost effective unless a traveler needs unlimited high‑speed data.

Gigapanda does not provide Thai eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All of the plans sold by Gigapanda for Thailand are data‑only, so travelers can use the data connection for internet access but will not receive an active cellular number for voice or text messages.

Travelers who need to make calls or send text messages can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or limit access to specific services. It is advisable to verify that the VoIP apps you rely on are available and functional in Thailand before purchasing an eSIM from Gigapanda.

Gigapanda offers 13 single‑country data plans that are valid only in Thailand and an additional 12 multi‑country plans that include Thailand among several destinations. The plans cover a price range from $6.90 to $59.90 USD and data allowances from 3 GB up to 50 GB, with validity periods spanning 3 to 30 days. Some plans are structured with a daily data cap, meaning the data is refreshed each day, while others provide a fixed data amount for the entire validity period.
