EsimForTravels eSIM Data Plans for Vietnam

EsimForTravels does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data plan for Vietnam. The plans labeled “Vietnam Unlimited” actually offer 3GB per day with speed throttling that begins after a 2GB fair‑usage threshold. Once 4GB of the daily allowance is used, speed drops to 1 Mbps until the next day.

Travelers can choose large fixed data plans instead, such as the 50GB 30‑day plan or the 20GB 7‑day plan. These plans give a fixed amount of high‑speed data for the stated validity period and are more suitable for most visitors who need a substantial amount of data without the daily throttling that applies to the “Unlimited” bundles.

EsimForTravels does not provide a Vietnam eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability; all its Vietnam plans are data‑only. Travelers who need voice communication can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, although some apps may be blocked or restricted in Vietnam, so it is advisable to check that the services you rely on are accessible before purchasing.

EsimForTravels provides 26 single‑country data plans for Vietnam and no multi‑country plans for this country. The plans vary from 1 GB to 50 GB of data, with validity periods ranging from 1 to 30 days and prices between $5.76 and $66.91. Among the single‑country options, 4 plans have a daily data cap while the remaining 22 offer a fixed data amount for the entire validity period.
