EZsim eSIM Data Plans for Malaysia

EZsim does not currently offer an unlimited data eSIM plan for Malaysia. Every available plan from EZsim has a fixed data allowance.

Instead, EZsim provides several fixed‑data options for travelers. For example, the Malaysia – 20GB/30Days plan gives 20GB of data for 30 days, while the Malaysia – 10GB/30Days plan offers 10GB for the same duration. Because each plan has a set data cap, choosing a fixed‑data plan may be more cost effective unless a user requires an extremely high volume of data that would exceed the capped limits.

EZsim does not offer any Malaysia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s available plans are data‑only and allow travelers to connect to high‑speed internet but do not support traditional voice calls, incoming or outgoing calls, or SMS messaging.

Travelers who need voice or text communication can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection. These applications provide a convenient alternative that works without a local phone number or SMS feature.

EZsim lists 23 single‑country data plans for Malaysia and does not offer any multi‑country plans. Among the single‑country offerings, 15 are daily data‑cap plans and 8 are fixed‑data‑cap plans; the former grant a set amount of daily data, while the latter provide a total data allowance for the plan’s validity period. Prices run from roughly $1.30 to $45.95, data limits range from 1 GB to 20 GB, and validity spans 1 day to 30 days.
