Keep On Roaming eSIM Data Plans for Malaysia

Keep On Roaming does not provide a true unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Malaysia. The plans listed as “Unlimited” give 1GB of high‑speed data per day for a set period; once the daily limit is reached the speed may be reduced.

Travelers who want a larger data allowance can choose a fixed data plan instead. For example, the “Roam Like Home® Malaysia 100 GB 30 Days” plan offers 100GB of data for 30 days, and the “Roam Like Home® Malaysia 50 GB 30 Days” plan provides 50GB for the same period, which are cost‑effective alternatives for more substantial data needs.

Keep On Roaming does not offer an eSIM plan for Malaysia that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available for this destination. Travelers who need to make calls or send texts will need to rely on VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection. It is advisable to confirm that these VoIP applications are accessible in Malaysia before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict specific services.

Keep On Roaming provides 15 single‑country data plans that cover Malaysia alone, plus 26 multi‑country plans that include Malaysia along with other destinations. The plans are divided into fixed data caps—ranging from 1 GB up to 100 GB—and daily data‑cap options that limit usage each day. Prices for the Malaysian plans span from about $8.00 to $206.00, and the validity period of each plan is between one and thirty days.
