Roamic eSIM Data Plans for Vietnam

Roamic does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Vietnam. The plans that carry the “Unlimited Data” label actually offer 3GB per day and include a reduced speed of 1000kbps once that daily limit is reached.

Instead, Roamic offers fixed data plans that can be more cost‑effective for most travelers. For example, a 50GB plan is available for 30 days at $30.00 USD, and a 20GB plan is available for 30 days at $23.00 USD. These fixed‑data options give a larger high‑speed allowance without the daily throttling that applies to the “Unlimited Data” plans.

Roamic does not provide a Vietnam eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers relying on such services must instead use mobile data and access VoIP apps like WhatsApp or Telegram through the VPN data connection. It is advisable to confirm that the required VoIP services are accessible in Vietnam before purchasing a Roamic eSIM.

Roamic currently offers 13 single‑country data plans for Vietnam and does not provide any multi‑country plans there. The plans range in price from about $2.00 to $56.00 and in data amount from 1 GB up to 20 GB, with validity periods between 1 and 30 days. Seven of the options use a daily data cap model where a set amount of data is refreshed each day, while six use a fixed data cap that remains constant for the entire validity period.
