Nomad does not provide a genuinely unlimited data eSIM for France. The plans that contain “unlimited” in their name actually offer a capped amount of high‑speed data—up to 2 GB per day—after which usage is throttled to a lower speed. For travelers who need more data, Nomad offers fixed‑data plans such as 50 GB for 30 days or 2 GB per day for 10 days. Choosing one of these fixed‑data options can be a more cost‑effective solution unless you are an extremely heavy data consumer.

Nomad does not provide any France eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. All of the France plans from Nomad are data‑only, meaning they only offer internet access.

Travelers can still use voice and messaging services over the data connection with popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which work without a phone number or SMS support.
